Environmental Training at the Kowhai Sanctuary

The West Melton teaching staff recently took part in a professional development session at the Kowhai Sanctuary located at the end of Thompsons Road. The session was facilitated by Matt Stanford from Enviroschools. The teachers expanded their understanding of the environmental activities available at the Sanctuary including biodiversity, plants & birds and river studies.
